Executive Coaching

One on one exploration of inner strengths, barriers to success, and client specific strategies to moving forward.

Leadership development

A tailored program is set up to focus on developing specific skills needed to lead a team or organization.

Shadow coaching

An executive coach shadows a client for a day to observe and monitor interactions and leadership skills. This is followed by a candid debrief and feedback session.

Team coaching

Executive coaching of several individuals at the same time provides opportunities to work on optimizing interactions and communication within the team.

My coaching experience with Arty helped me set specific goals and subsequently achieve them. I was able to increase my capacity to achieve more than otherwise possible without coaching. Finally coaching has given me some specific tools and strategies to be more effective in my relationship with others.
